Parents must re-apply each school year. If you have applied to the Brophy Community Foundation in previous years, you can login to your account and use your FACTS identification number to simplify your steps.

The following information is needed for your application to be COMPLETE in the FACTS system:
  • Copies of your 2023 Tax Forms including all supporting tax schedules
  • Submitted online application (click/confirm ‘SUBMIT’ step)
