Meet Jonathan Chavez ‘26, a student who truly embodies the spirit of excellence and drive that defines Brophy. The third exceptional mind from his family to walk these halls, Jonathan has been leaving his mark as a natural leader and a dedicated scholar since day one. From leading Brophy's FTC robotics team (#26983), guiding FRC scouts (#991), serving as an advocate for other first-generation students on the advisory board, to running cross country, Jonathan isn’t just a good student– he’s thriving as an outstanding participant in everything he does! As a junior, we’re excited to see even more of what he’ll accomplish in his final two years. Whatever he does, we will certainly be proud to call him a member of the BCF community!
Jonathan's family was highlighted in our most recent Annual Report. Missed it? You can find it here, along with additional content about Jonathan and each of this brothers here.
"There is no doubt that Brophy College Preparatory has played an integral role in my life. My path to Brophy began with a dream—a hope that I would one day attend such a beautiful and rigorous school. Determined to get into Brophy, I researched as much as I could about it, which eventually led me to Loyola Academy.
Like many other schools in Arizona, Loyola Academy is funded by the Brophy Community Foundation, giving students like me a chance to attend a school that values excellence above all.If not for the welcoming nature of Brophy and the generosity of BCF donors, I would not have been able to receive the same quality of education here."
