John was the visionary behind the success and growth of Avella Specialty Pharmacy (Avella), recognized as one of Arizona’s, and the nation’s, fastest-growing companies in any industry. Beginning with one pharmacy in Scottsdale, Ariz., in 1996, John guided his company with a strategic vision of a relentless pursuit of clinical excellence.

Currently, John is an Operating Partner and Advisor to Private Equity; providing mentorship to healthcare companies and their executive teams. In his free time, John is an avid traveler and outdoorsman and enjoys fly-fishing around the globe.
