Loyola Academy’s Signing Day, held on Friday, May 9th, at Brophy College Prep’s Robson Gym, was a great success, celebrating the remarkable seven-year journey of its graduating senior Scholars at Brophy. The event brought together the Brophy community, families, donors and honored guests to commemorate this significant milestone.
The ceremony provided a platform for each senior Scholar to share a brief reflection on their experiences within the Loyola program and articulate their exciting plans for the future. Their thoughtful words highlighted their growth, resilience, and aspirations as they embark on new chapters.
Following the formal program, attendees enjoyed a reception hosted by the Brophy Community Foundation. This provided a wonderful opportunity for connection and celebration, made possible by the generous support of BCF’s individual and corporate donors for attending the event. The event also welcomed back Loyola alumni and recognized the unwavering support of the Scholars’ families.
A special highlight of the day was the presence of Senator Eva Diaz and Representative Quanta Crews, signifying the broader community’s recognition of the Scholars’ achievements and the importance of the Loyola Academy program.
Loyola Signing Day was a proud occasion, honoring the accomplishments of these talented young men and the dedicated community that has supported them throughout their Brophy journey. It served as a powerful reminder of the impact of the Loyola Academy and the bright futures that lie ahead for its graduates.
